About & Contact

Caroline N. Hedin

Design wields such power in our lives, from the spoon we use to stir our coffee, to the cities in which we work and live; it occurs on nearly every scale imaginable. If you think about it, everything you touch that is made by humans has been designed. The feel of a product or a space can set a mood for us and yet so often, we live with another persons vision of what should be, believing that custom is outside of our reach.
At studio point253, we endeavor to make design affordable for everyone. From garages to boutique restaurants, residential additions to new custom homes and small commercial projects, we work with you to find a way to your vision.
As a licensed architectural firm, we offer the following services:
  • Design of single family residential projects – new construction, additions, and renovations
  • Design of multi-family residential projects – new construction
  • Design of non-residential (commercial) projects including tenant improvements
  • Zoning/feasibility studies
Please peruse the projects we’ve highlighted on our site and feel free to contact us with any comments or questions at
Thank you,
Caroline N. Hedin, AIA
